The WOODSCRAPER is a high-rise building type employing pre-fabricated solid timber elements combined with minimised, low-maintenance service technology, Timber Reimagined will stand in the centre of the Blue-Tech-Tower development.
Hardly any other building material has experienced as much innovation in recent years as timber and the WOODSCRAPER takes advantage of this progress. The ecological potential for healthy living space without additional cost will be realized using state-of-the-art materials employing hybrid timber construction such as homogeneous jointing technology.
Based on this holistic concept, the WOODSCRAPER is a pioneering project describing a sustainable economic route to the future, a new exemplar that will be globally imitated.
